We offer flat-rate shipping across all provinces. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, and free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold, excluding oversized furniture items.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and food items are final sale.
Can I return an online order to a physical MUJI store?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any MUJI retail location in Canada, provided you bring your digital invoice and the items meet our return criteria.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay for online transactions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the MUJI Canada online store only ships to addresses within the Canadian provinces and territories. For other regions, please visit the respective MUJI global site.
