MUJI Canada accepts returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and verify that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original paper receipt or digital order confirmation email to facilitate a smooth verification process at the service counter.

  Visit a MUJI Store

  Bring the items and your proof of purchase to any MUJI retail location in Canada; please note that online orders currently must be returned via the original channel or specified instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the return is processed by a staff member, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.
